If you are looking to add a new family member this is place to get a schnauzer. Mike and Karen are dog lovers. They raise the puppies with their family and lots of love. We are so pleased with our little Higgins. He is the most beautiful Schnauzer and his coat is spectacular. The best part is their health and personality. It was a great experience and the puppy toys and blanket with parent scent was a sweet and helpful touch.

I have two senior schnauzers that I rescued when they were around 5 years old, so I never got to have that puppy experience. I had puppy fever bad, so I reached out to MAMS via this website and Mike called me right away. During our phone call, he got to know me – I could tell they are particular about who they let their babies go to. I put down a deposit and waited patiently for my girl to be old enough to come home. In the meantime, they kept me satiated with plenty of videos and photos. I appreciated that! Finally, the day arrived, and I drove to their home to pick up my pup. I was in heaven, so many happy & healthy schnauzers greeted me at the door. They truly love their bearded babies! Like others have said, this is not a puppy mill, these are loved animals that live in the home. The pups stayed in a play pen in the middle of the living room, and the ‘adults’ were free to be on the couch, not in cages. They sent us home with all sorts of goodies, food, a sweater, toys, and a blankie. When we had our first vet visit after coming home, my vet was SO complementary of the breeder because of the record keeping and the quality of treatment/medications from birth. I met Mike and Karen at my local vet’s office when they saw me with Emily, a black and silver Miniature Schnauzer. After unexpectedly losing Emily a few months later, our house was empty of schnauzertude. I looked at their website and contacted them to ask when they would have another litter? Two days after Emily crossed to the Rainbow Bridge, Lucy Lou was born! We had a great experience visiting the litter as they were a few miles away from us. Mike and Karen love their dog like us-this is NOT a puppy mill as we wanted to avoid people who breed over and over. Their home is warm and dog friendly. We picked out Lucy Lou due to her coloring we fell in love with. She is spunky and loves naps on the bed. I would highly recommend them as reliable and loving breeders who care about their puppies and adult dogs.

You can tell the puppies are cared for in a loving home. Our puppy came home so sweet, social, and smart, and we’re so happy to have him!

We’ve had Odessa for nearly a year and she’s amazing! So much personality and fun, I took her to a puppy STARS class and she loved it, we went on to the Level 1 class and she passed it with flying colors. We then went to a beginning tricks class and this one took her longer to figure out but she earned her AKC accreditation in it! She’s just so much fun. She goes with me every day to my real estate office and is very social and loves going to the bank because they give her treats! I’ll definitely be getting her a buddy in the future.

Our puppy was greatly socialized, had started pottying outside, and was ready to transition when we picked him up. They had worked with himm and it showed! Couldn’t be happier with the puppy, their planning, and intelligent breeding with love and concern for the breed.
